To get set up for E-Pay, we will need you to provide us with your email and property address.

E-Pay Need to Know
The link to set up your E-pay account expires an hour after sending it. Please make sure to send the form during our office hours so we can get you the information you need promptly and be prepared to set up the account completely. You can also just call us!
To set up electronic payments you must be the tenant on the lease and your card name must match the legal name on your lease.
Bank accounts and visa/debit cards are accepted. Reloadable cards or visa gift cards will not be accepted.
If you sign up for automatic payments please make sure you have sufficient funds in your account.
If you are moving and are signed up for automatic payments you will want to cancel your E-Pay to avoid it from pulling out of your account after you have moved.
