Steps to Renting with Nevada Premier Properties

  • Step One - Find a rental to apply for. For a complete list of available rentals click this link Rental Properties in Carson and Surrounding Areas — Nevada Premier Properties

  • Step Two - Schedule a showing for the unit. It is company policy that you see the unit before applying so don’t skip this step! To schedule a showing click this link Forms — Nevada Premier Properties. This form will go straight to the Property Manager and they will call you to schedule a showing.

  • Step Three - After you have seen the unit you will fill out the Application completely which you can find below or at Forms — Nevada Premier Properties

  • Step Four - Now that the Application is completely filled out you will bring it to our office with the application fee, a copy of your ID, and proof of income. We can also take copies at the office if you need! Once the Application is submitted it will go through processing. This normally takes 5 to 7 business days once the completed application has been submitted.

Application Checklist

  • Must be 18 years of age or older - all proposed occupants of this age must fill out an application

  • Must have viewed the unit in person

  • Application must be completed in full, incomplete applications are not accepted

  • Copy of each applicant’s Driver’s License or Government issued ID

  • Proof of Income (i.e. paycheck stubs, bank statements, tax returns)

  • All applications of co-applicants must be submitted before processing

  • $60 application fee for each applicant received in a money order

To allow all applicants an un-biased application process all our Property Managers use the same company standard ‘Grading Sheet’ shown below. We have included this for applicants to see how they may score before applying with us.
