I have been a REALTOR since 2001 and I have found my calling. In 2004, I completed the Carson City Leadership program and also obtained my Certified Residential Specialist designation. A Certified Residential Specialist represents the top 4% of agents in the United States and is achieved through extended education and sales. I also have my ePRO designation that is a technology certification program through the web. As a member of an award winning team I obtained the Presidents Elite level of sales and enjoyed representing my company at the yearly convention. My exciting new venture is working as a Property Manager for Nevada Premier Properties along with my Real Estate career.
Working with first time homebuyers has been a very satisfying and rewarding part of my job and is even better when they are able to move up the Real Estate ladder. Referrals are a huge part of my business and earning the respect of my customers and clients is the greatest validation of my work.

Robert Wademan, has been specializing in REO properties since 2002.  Robert has experience as an Asset Manager for three major third party Outsourcers, as well as Institutional Lending, which uniquely qualifies him as an REO Expert within the Real Estate industry.  His expertise is in working with lenders on pre-foreclosure, REO, and short sale transactions, as well as property management. Rob utilizes the major REO platforms including Equator, ResNet, Pyramid, Real Trans, and Dispo Solutions.

Over the years, Rob has built a strong network and managed properties in almost every US state.  He also focuses on aged and auction asset properties.  He possesses extensive experience with HUD properties, managing outsource companies and overseeing home construction.

This year Rob has completed the property management coursework and licensing and is excited to take on the new role of property manager for Nevada Premier Properties.

I have been practicing Real Estate in the Carson City, Dayton, Minden & Gardnerville areas for over 20 years. Also, a decade of broker experience has allowed me to explore the many different dimensions of real estate. I am amongst the top producing agents in the Carson / Dayton areas.

I am bi-lingual (fluent in Spanish) and have been assisting the Hispanic community in the purchasing and selling of their properties for many years.

Since moving to Carson City in 1972, I partnered in Carson Motor Supply for 25 years. In 1998 I decided to make a career change into real estate and it has been just the best.

I grew up in Brookeville, Maryland, which is about 15 miles north of Washington, DC. Growing up, I loved skiing every opportunity I could in Pennsylvania and Vermont. In the summers, I rode horses and showed competitively in local and regional hunter competitions. I graduated from McDaniel College with a BA in English at age 21 and immediately moved to Lake Tahoe to ski and enjoy North Lake's world class recreational opportunities.

After 12 years of living on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe, Donner Summit, and Truckee, California my husband Andy and I decided we needed a change.  In 2005 we chose to move to the Virginia City Highlands in the South Reno area. We enjoy the wide open spaces, large parcels, wild horses, and "country living" the Highlands has to offer.

In my spare time, I enjoy working with and riding our no-longer-wild Mustangs, Peanut & Dakota, traveling anywhere and everywhere, being outdoors, and completing home improvement projects.

I have lived in the Fernley area since 1999 after relocating from Casa Grande Az. Along with my husband and 16 year old daughter we have watched this community grow from a little sleepy town to the bumper to bumper traffic it is today.

I entered the real estate profession after the casino in Reno I worked for closed down. I have been in the business for four years and I'm in the process of obtaining my GRI Designation along with my Broker's license by the end of the year.

My daughter is a Junior at Fernley High School and has been on the Basketball and softball team. I am an active "team mom" and stay involved in her education and give her teachers 100% needed support they deserve.

I see a wonderful and fast growing community in Fernley and also the surrounding areas. I look forward to becoming a part of these communities develop into a nice place to live.

Cathie has lived in Carson City over 23 years and loves this area. Her husband Matt  grew up in and graduated from Carson High and her children, Alli, 20 and Dylan, 18 are true natives.
